I've heard that coffee has significant health benefits when it comes to lowering the risk of diabetes and the antioxidants it has, but i always wondered if it was a certain type of coffee that did this. Or in other words drinking black coffee rather than an extra extra from Dunkin Donuts. It's an interesting topic but i feel the best thing is moderation with coffee, since it's loaded with caffeine.
ReplyDeleteThis is a pertty cool topic! I really did not know that coffee had any health benefits, honestly I thought that health wise it was...neutral. I drink coffee on occasion in the morning, but I drink it most often after I eat lunch. I usually work out before lunch, but I still have a long day ahead of me at that point. I feel that the caffiene in coffee makes me feel less tired at the end of the day, plus it is nice to have a hot cup as the weather gets colder. Now that I know about all of its potential health benefits I will probably try to have it more often.
ReplyDeleteI have also heard that drinking coffee can give you great health benefits, more than many people may know, so this blog is great and make me feel good when I get my coffee fix in the morning!I never knew that it had the same amount of antioxidants as berries and chocolate though! I feel as though getting a coffee that has extra cream and sugar doesnt give the same benefits as just a regular coffee with a smaller amount of both? You tell me. Great post
